You'll be asked to complete an application form which includes how much you are willing to invest, which
practice(s) you are interested in and whether you're applying on your own or with a partner.
There'll also be a profile questionnaire to answer, helping us to highlight your preferred behavioural style. |
From this information, we'll invite a shortlist of candidates to attend a half day selection event. This may take place at a location near you or in Nottingham. At this stage, we'll select those individuals we feel are best suited to be Brand Partners.
You'll now be a Brand Partner 'elect'. Together we'll agree the best potential practice for you, invite you to sign a confidentiality agreement and ask you to develop a business plan. You'll be supported in this by a two day training course and one-to-one support from independent Financial Accountants and a business development manager.
Finally, you'll present your business plans to senior members of the Boots Opticians Franchise Team. If a mutually acceptable business plan is agreed, the Brand Partner Agreement will be signed - and you will start to prepare for launching your business.
Even if you aren't successful with your business plan presentation, this isn't necessarily the end of the process. As we believe you to be a suitable Brand Partner candidate, you can still apply for further franchise opportunities. |
