Boots Opticians Franchise

As a Boots Franchise Partner you own 100% of your business and you retain all the profits. You also own the equity within your business and have the right to sell this at anytime if you wish to do so (conditions apply).

Autonomy is important to our Franchise Partners, you determine how you run your business. You decide on the staff you employ and their salaries, the number of clinics you run and how long to spend on a sight test. You have the opportunity to build a frame and lens range from our extensive ranges of designer and proprietary brands that meets the needs of your customers and the ability to run promotional programmes to promote your business.

As a Franchise Partner you will be granted a 5 year franchise agreement with a right to renew this every 5 years up to a maximum of 20 years. When you reach your 20 year anniversary, Boots Opticians can either buy your business back from you at the current market rate (based on an independent valuation) or chose to offer you a new 20 year franchise agreement.

Our Franchise Partners are entrepreneurs who enjoy the freedom of running their own business with the support of a market leading brand. Your franchise may be operated by an individual or partnership and you do not need to be clinically qualified to become a Franchise Partner.

There are many benefits to being a Franchise Partner but our objective is simple; to reduce operating costs and increase sales. This is achieved by adopting our proven systems and processes, the brand and the infrastructure that is in place to support franchisee’s.
