It's important to ask questions when thinking about becoming a Brand Partner. Here are a few of the more frequently asked ones.
- Do I have to be qualified to apply?
- Are you going to franchise all of your practices?
- What type of franchise are you offering?
- How much will it cost me?
- What am I buying for the licence fee?
- Will Boots help me to secure the funding?
- Are there any ongoing costs?
- What support will I get from Boots Opticians?
- How do I set a franchise up?
- Can I become a Brand Partner in more than one practice?
- I'd like to run more than one practice from the beginning. What do I do?
- I'd like to apply for a franchise jointly with a business partner. Is this possible?
- I've a question about the application form/selection process. Can I speak to someone?
- Do I need to have the cash sitting in the bank to pay for a franchise?
- What is the management fee as a percentage and what do I get for that?
- What does the assessment centre involve and what would I need to prepare?
- So, how much could I expect to make?
No, you don't. However, if you're to succeed, you'll need to find a way of making the business model profitable for you. This is likely to be far more difficult if you don't have a professional qualification, especially in a smaller business.
